About United Methodist Women

United Methodist Women is the largest denominational faith organization for women. With approximately 800,000 members, our mission is to foster spiritual growth, develop leaders, and advocate for justice. Members raise up to $20 million each year for programs and projects related to women, children, and youth in the United States and in more than 100 countries around the world.

Here at LFUMC we currently have 3 groups, or circles, that meet under the umbrella of the UMW. They are:
the Day Circle which meets the 3rd Monday of the month at 10:00 am in the church annex;
Circle 2 which meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at various locations;
and the Mary Helen Circle which meets on the 1st Thursday at various locations.
